I’m writing this post to share a very negative experience with the affiliate program of British Supplements – a well-known supplement brand that, unfortunately, has shown unprofessional and deceptive behavior towards its affiliate partners.

Who am I?

I am a serious affiliate marketer who has promoted British Supplements and generated almost €10,000 in sales for them. According to their commission structure, I was supposed to receive around €600 in affiliate payouts. However, until now, I have not received any payment.

This is the lucky photo I took before they locked my account (in which the pending amount at the end was 255 euros).

They accepted my order on the exact date, but the payment did not go through.

They find all kinds of excuses not to pay me the commission. When I ask for evidence, they have nothing; they just say no.

Here’s what happened step by step:

1. They confirmed my commissions and promised payment:
   All orders from March were tracked and confirmed, and they promised to pay me between April 1st and 5th.

1. They delayed payment without explanation:
   No payment came by April 5. I received no email or reason for the delay. I had to follow up myself, and only on April 9 did they respond, vaguely stating there was a delay – without giving any reason.

1. They locked my account without notice:
   After I sent several follow-up emails with no reply, I found out on April 11 that my affiliate account was suddenly locked and the affiliate program had been completely shut down, again without any explanation or notification.

1. They falsely claimed to have paid me:
   I contacted them via their website, and they suddenly claimed that the payment had already been made. However, I never received any money, and when I asked for a transaction ID or invoice, they provided nothing. They simply told me to “ask PayPal.

 

And then they fell silent, neither responding nor paying.

1. PayPal confirmed no payment was ever made:
   I contacted PayPal support, who clearly confirmed that no transaction from British Supplements was found. I tried reaching out to the company again, but they ignored me – until I said I would go public with my experience. At that point, they finally responded, refused to pay, and even threatened legal action if I “defamed” them.

Important message to fellow affiliate marketers:

• Be very careful when working with British Supplements.

• They can terminate your account and cancel commissions without warning or explanation.

• They have zero transparency and avoid responsibility by blaming payment processors like PayPal.

If you’re considering working with British Supplements as an affiliate – think twice.
This kind of behavior from a large company is shameful and unacceptable.
