How does monthly vs annual billing work?
You can pay month-to-month or switch to annual for an automatic ~20 % discount—e.g., Starter drops from US $9/mo to US $7/mo when you pay yearly, and Growth falls from US $29/mo to US $22/mo. You can toggle plans at any time and the difference is prorated on your next invoice.
Is the Free plan really free forever?
Yes. The Free tier has no trial clock, credit-card requirement, or hidden fees. It gives you a basic privacy policy, cookie banner and up to three DSARs per month—perfect for testing Enzuzo before you move up the ladder.
Can I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time?
Yes. All subscriptions are contract-free. Upgrades take effect instantly with a prorated charge; downgrades or cancellations remain active until the end of your current billing cycle, with no penalties.
Do you offer agency or enterprise pricing?
