With the “Guarantee Plus Certificate,” all of our used air handlers, condensers and package units are guaranteed to work upon initial use. If your unit doesn’t function properly within 30 days of receipt, you can return your item for a full refund and 10% of the original equipment cost (excluding sales tax and shipping cost). Alternatively, you can choose an item from our inventory at a value of 110% of original purchase price. In addition to our “Guarantee Plus Certificate” warranty, all units purchased after April 1, 2012 have a one-year limited “Refrigerant Power Train” guarantee.
