What extra features do I get by adding an Amazon Pro Seller Account?

SourceMogul does not require an active Amazon Professional Seller account in order to search for the latest pricing and historic sales data. However, if you link your Amazon Professional Seller account via the Settings page you can check for listing restrictions (also known as brand restrictions) and also check HAZMAT status against each product you find.

What’s included in my free trial?

We’re confident you will love SourceMogul and we want you to experience success as quickly as possible using our software. For this reason, we give you full access to all features for your chosen plan for the full duration of the free trial.

What happens at the end of my free trial?

You’ll be able to use all the features of SourceMogul during your trial period absolutely free of charge. At the end of that period, we will bill the card for the next month. If you don’t want to proceed, simply hit the Cancel button in the Settings page.

Do I need to install any software?

No, simply log into the software using a modern browser and you can access the full power of our sourcing platform. As we run searches from our cloud servers, you can run a search, close the browser, and come back later to check results!

What browsers and devices do you recommend?

SourceMogul works on mobile, tablet, and desktop with our fully responsive and intuitive user interface. We recommend most modern browsers, but for some of our live search features Google Chrome is required.

Am I tied into a long term contract?

No. We’re confident that you’ll love using SourceMogul, but if for any reason you decide that it’s not for you, your subscription can be cancelled at any time from the Settings page.

Are there any hidden costs?

No. The subscription includes all support, updates, and user guides. We also provide useful “how to” guides for users to help you get the most out of our software, and help to grow your online selling business.

Do you have any restriction or limits on features or support?

Of course not! We want our users to become successful Amazon sellers and we don’t feel that limiting you will help us achieve that goal.

How often is your system updated?

We release new updates regularly, with an average of 20 releases per year. These can be anything from new features, useability improvements, or simple housekeeping. Updates are rolled out automatically and you do not need to do anything to receive them.
